Activism, mental health, and making a positive difference in the world

Community division is nothing new, yet it does not have to be destructive. As a community care giver, I have a front row seat to people’s deepest hopes and fears. The 2024 election results will have myriad consequences in all of our lives, and it is crucial that we learn and embrace collective healing and community care. I don’t know how the coming days, weeks, and months will play out, but I do know we will need each other. Here are some resources to help us all connect in more meaningful ways. These resources are dynamic, meaning they will be revised, edited, and updated as new information becomes available. My hope is that they will be helpful to you.
