Healing Movement
You've heard that "The Body Keeps the Score", but how do we care for our bodies as well as our minds when it comes to healing and recovery? This 90 minute movement class is an introduction to somatic healing, or healing within the body. We will learn how to gently connect with our bodies, become aware of how our bodies communicate with us, and practice expressing emotions through breath and movement rather than talking. This class is open to adults age 18+ of all levels and abilities. No equipment is necessary, but you may want to bring a comfort item like a soft blanket, a mat, or an item that helps you feel soothed. Please dress comfortably.
This workshop is offered in partnership with The Peaceful Peacock in Orlando, Florida.

Holding Space Process Group
This is a virtual space set aside for anyone 18+ who is struggling with post-election stress and spending time with family over the holiday season. Our gathering will be facilitated by Lindsey Horvatich, a licensed mental health and somatic therapist, and will be inclusive in nature. Lindsey will share a prompt for reflection and then provide space* for sharing and discussing when helpful.
This is intended to be a safe space for sharing, and everyone has different needs in regards to safety. I will do my best to create an environment that is free of hate, accusation, shaming, blaming, and exclusion.
Please complete this form to register and receive next steps from Lindsey.
*Please note that this group is not a replacement for individual therapy or medical care.

Healing Movement
Healing Movement is a new offering which will take place over the course of two days. You will have the option of attending both days (with an overnight stay) or one of the days. We are not just brains floating around the earth. We live in, love in, and function as whole bodies that require care, compassion, and support. Healing Movement is a group workshop designed for adults who want to restore their relationships with their bodies, learn how to heal through movement, and build a personal movement practice moving forward. This is an inclusive environment for anyone age 18+ and options will be available for different levels of physical ability. We will gather at a local retreat center in a beautiful, serene setting as we learn how to re-establish (or establish for the first time) our relationships with our bodies in a shame-free setting. Please email Lindsey here to express interest as details come together.

Sex (re)Education for Women
This three hour, interactive workshop is for any woman (age 18+) who wants to feel at home in her body. From myth busting to shame-free sex education, we will learn the truth about how our bodies work, how to care for our bodies, and how to engage sexuality in a judgment free way.
